Experience/Bio

For nearly a decade I have provided trusted expert advice to clients in various industries throughout the United States. I have successfully managed Human Resources and Safety projects in the following industries: manufacturing, government, not-for-profit, banking, pharmaceutical, professional services, transportation, trade association, construction, and post-secondary education. My outcome-based approach to projects has enabled me to successfully manage OFCCP audits, effectively implement Safety Programs which reduced workplace injury rates, implement workplace Training Sessions to boost employee productivity, and spearhead Compensation System development projects that aligned clients' employees' activities with their business goals.
Clients have routinely indicated that they enjoy my relaxed, but no-nonsense approach to meeting their needs. Often I am the first to be notified during a "crisis" at their facility. I pride myself on the ability to be flexible and not approach clients with "cookie-cutter" solutions to their unique needs. My goal is to develop long-term relationships with my clients. In many cases, clients treat me as one of their own! It is not unusual for me to receive invitations to clients' in-house events, such as holiday parties and retirement dinners. It is this type of relationship that I strive for with all clients.
With over 17 years experience, I am confident in my ability to provide solutions in the areas of human resources management, affirmative action planning, organizational development, compensation and reward system design, employment law compliance, training and development, and performance appraisal system development. Additionally, I am currently an adjunct professor at Millersville University.
